Measuring Instructions
To ensure that your custom-made item fits your four-legged friend like a glove, taking the correct measurements is essential. Please take a moment and follow this step-by-step guide, as I make every product individually and exchanges are excluded in the event of measurement errors.
How to Measure Neck Circumference Correctly (For Standard Collars)

Measure directly on your dog: Always take the measurement directly around your dog’s neck. Never measure another collar you already own (whether laid flat or closed), as this will lead to incorrect measurements.

Measure snugly: Place a flexible measuring tape snugly around the part of the neck where the collar will sit later. It should fit closely, but of course not constrict your dog.

Do not add any centimetres: Please do not add extra centimetres or “allowance” (such as the famous two-finger width). I automatically include the necessary room when making the collar. If you add centimetres, the collar will end up too large.
Additional Measurements for Martingale Collars (and Slip-On Collars)

If you would like to order a practical martingale collar, I need two different measurements from you, as the collar is simply slipped over the head:

Neck circumference (1): Measure as described above, snugly behind the ears. This is the narrowest point where the collar stops when tightened, preventing your dog from slipping out.

Head circumference (2): Please measure at the widest point of the head (usually directly over and including the ears). This measurement is extremely important to ensure the collar slides easily over the head when putting it on and taking it off.
