Shipping
Shipping is usually handled by DPD.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track where your Rudelwohl order is at any time.
The shipping costs will be displayed at the end of the checkout process and added to the total invoice amount.
Shipping Costs Overview
Germany: €5.90 — free shipping on orders over €150.00
Switzerland: €25.90 (Please note: Customs duties and import fees may apply additionally and are the responsibility of the buyer).
Important Note on EU Shipping
Direct shipping to other EU countries is unfortunately no longer possible due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR). The country-specific licensing costs and bureaucratic requirements are financially unviable for my small manufactory.
However, you can still shop at Rudelwohl! I ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. You can, however, independently and at your own expense arrange a German parcel forwarding service (such as LogoiX) as your private mail forwarding service.
The process is straightforward:

Sign up for free and on your own responsibility with a forwarding service (e.g., www.logoix.com) to obtain a German delivery address.

Enter this German address as the shipping address when placing your order in the shop.

I will ship your package compliantly within Germany to your chosen service provider. Once the package is successfully delivered to this provider, my delivery obligations are met; any subsequent forwarding is outside my scope of responsibility.
The total costs are usually comparable to regular direct shipping.
Production & Delivery Time
I handcraft every single product to measure and according to your wishes. This takes time. The delivery time is therefore approx. 20 - 30 business days. However, I always do my best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!
